Company Overview​

Established in 1994, Baoji Eurasia Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is located within the BaoTi Industrial Park in Baoji National Hi-Tech Development Zone. The facility covers an area of approximately 30,000 square meters and is equipped with over 100 sets of specialized machining equipment. The company focuses on the deep processing, R&D, and manufacturing of titanium and titanium alloy materials, maintaining a comprehensive industrial chain layout in specific segments of the titanium industry.

Sports & Recreation​

Since 1996, Eurasia has accumulated extensive technical experience in the three-piece forging process for titanium golf club heads. The company has established large-scale production capabilities,  making it one of the earliest manufacturers in Northwest China to produce these components in volume. It currently serves as a qualified supplier for several internationally recognized sports brands.

In 1999, the company expanded into the titanium bicycle sector, covering frames, components, and complete bikes. By adhering to rigorous standards in material selection, process control, and quality management, the performance and user experience of its products align well with internationally recognized benchmarks. These products are exported to markets including Europe, North America, Australia, and South Korea. Additionally, titanium outdoor gear such as trekking poles, fishing equipment, and tennis rackets have gained positive market reception.

Consumer & Lifestyle Products​

Leveraging the biocompatibility and corrosion resistance of titanium, the company produces cookware, water bottles, tableware, and wine vessels to meet the demands of health-conscious consumers. The company also undertakes custom projects involving titanium ship models, stationery, watches, chess sets, art pieces, swords, medical instrument parts, and motorcycle helmets.

Industrial & Engineering Applications​

Supported by an experienced technical team, Eurasia possesses mature design and manufacturing capabilities for nickel reaction towers, titanium coils, titanium cathodes, combustion nozzles, titanium anode plates, and related equipment. The company also provides consistent delivery and service for railway projects, including titanium lifting hooks, titanium frames for track inspection instruments, and titanium-steel composite crucibles.

Aerospace Exploration​

In recent years, utilizing the material and equipment resources of BaoTi Group, Eurasia developed a titanium alloy gyroplane. This two-seat, tandem-layout aircraft features dual control systems; the titanium alloy frame constitutes 60–70% of the total metal weight, with an empty weight of approximately 270 kg.

Typical performance parameters include a speed of approximately 200 km/h, a range of 800 km, and a service ceiling of 3,000 m. The aircraft operates on standard 95-octane gasoline and requires relatively short takeoff and landing distances, allowing operation from moderately sized flat fields. Its flight characteristics at low speeds present specific aerodynamic envelope profiles.

Furthermore, in collaboration with partners in Qingdao, Shandong, the company has completed the development and delivery testing of single and twin-seat titanium paramotors, with ongoing optimization focused on aerodynamic efficiency and structural properties.
